Make your first experiences with Push Hands in our beginners’ workshop with Birgit and Nils or experiment with some new Push Hands ideas with, Ronja, Niki and Massimiliano!
Every afternoon there will be free Push Hands – also with a special introduction for beginners, of course.

Gala: 30th anniversary of Tai Chi Studio, 25 February 2023
This year’s gala of the Push Hands Meeting celebrates 30 years of Tai Chi Studio!
The doors will open at 19:30, the gala itself will begin at 20:00 in the Warenannahme (Faust).
External guests and friends of the Tai Chi Studio who are NOT registered for the Push Hands Meeting, should
Register via e-mail until 20 February.

Workshops 2023
Sword Workshops – Spring 2023 – Starting 13/14 May 2023
Sword form and fencing for new beginners and those who want to refresh their experience.
We will learn the traditional Yang style sword form and deepen our understanding of the Tai Chi sword with small trips into free fencing. No previous experience required.
Push Hands Workshops – Autumn 2023 – Starting 23/24 September 2023
Moving Push Hands for new beginners: Wee will make our first steps in moving step Push Hands working with the Da Lü, an easily accessible and dynamic Partnerform. No previous experience required.
