Instruction Tai Chi 8 Movements – Posture 7 – Opening up
1. Shift your weight to the left; the hands remain at the same spot.
2. Releasing/letting go: The hands rotate slightly outwards, led by the pinky fingers. The torso rotates slightly to the right.
3. Activating: Straightening up, both hands move outwards in an opening movement until the shoulder girdle builds the biggest possible arch. Simultaneously, the right foot turns in on the heel.
