Video Tai Chi 8 Movements – Posture 6 – Push

Instruction Tai Chi 8 Movements – Posture 6 – Push

1. Transition: Shift your weight to the left. The arms are stretched passively while doing so. Additionally, the hands move slightly to the sides; the palms are facing downwards.

2. Shift your weight back to the right; thereby, the torso approaches the hands.

3. Releasing/letting go: The hands rotate slightly outwards, led by the pinky fingers.

4. Activating: Straightening up, both hands expand slightly upwards and outwards.
