NEW: Qigong with Tina – Set 1: Fit for Purpose

Qigong with Tina - Set 1: Fit for Purpose

Our latest project – Qigong with Tina – is ready for release!

In her video class, which is available from now on in our Taiji Forum shops, Tina will lead you through a series of Qigong exercises designed to make you feel better and more energised.
Qigong with Tina – Set 1: Fit for purpose is a starter set for beginners. Tina created this set for her personal training. She uses this set to prepare getting into the flow or to loosen up the body before performing an important task.

The Qigong set Fit for purpose is thus hand-tailored for all who

  • want to get moving after long periods of sitting (after work or after meditation)
  • want to get into the flow for doing something,
  • want to take a break and come back into their body after a stressful day or event,
  • and for all who want to move their bodies just for the fun of it.

In a longer training session, Qigong with Tina – Set 1 is recommended for the beginning. The set can also replace more repetitive traditional warm up exercises and add some additional flow to the first minutes of a Qigong course.

Qigong with Tina – The series

Qigong with Tina – Set 1: Fit for purpose is the first part of a new series of Qigong videos which are produced by Taiji Forum in cooperation with Tina Faulkner Elders.
Qigong with Tina wants to make Qigong accessible and enjoyable for people from all walks of life. Tips and encouragement for different levels of fitness are therefore included throughout the sets. Tina’s instructions are clear and simple. Her Qigong sets are thus suitable for beginners as well as for teachers aiming to diversify their portfolio.

Can’t wait to see more?

It has been hard work, but also so much fun to create this gem with an accomplished professional like Tina. And there is more to come: Watch out for the next two sets of the series Qigong with Tina, which are due to be released later this year!
