Today’s Tai Chi posture is Press. The application can represent an
upwards push supported by both hands.
✅🧘Tip for form practice:
Add some intention and meaning to your meditative form by visualizing (and executing) a slow
expansion of both hands (and arms) like blowing up a ballon
everytime you make the movement in your form.
✅🥊 Tip for practicing application:
Your partner should be positioned in front of you, looking sideways.
Make contact with your hands first.
Release a bit of air out of your ballon (armspace).
At the same time, organise your body as if wanting to push a car uphill – and press!
