EQUATIONS – Tai Chi Sword 26

EQUATIONS Sword

To the degree that you exert pressure on the O’s blade …
… You give them energy to cut you.

To the degree that you give the O’s blade a clear view of your body …
… You invite them to cut you.

To the degree that you take your point off line with the O …
… You offer them opportunity.

To the degree that you back up …
… You sacrifice security.

To the degree that you use wrist strength …
… You will lose sensitivity, and may cause harm.

To the degree that you bend your wrist …
… You become weak, and court injury.

To the degree that you desire winning, or fear losing …
… You are not relaxed.

To the degree that you plan or anticipate (think) …
… You are not in the present time, and thereby vulnerable.

To the degree that you depend on your ‘Treasure’ (a technique that you win with) …
… You will cease to progress.

To the degree that you have an ‘Opponent’ …
… You will ‘Oppose’.

To the degree that we ‘listen’ to the O thru the blade …
… We will know them.
